About Fight SMA
Fight SMA (also known as Andrew’s Buddies) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a treatment or cure for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Spinal muscular atrophy is a neurological disease that kills more children under two than any other genetic disorder.
