5th Annual Motorcycle Ride for Corinna's Angels
Date: Sunday, July 18, 2010
Time: Registration starts at 9:30 AM. Ride begins at 11:00 AM.
Location: Starts and ends at the Kelly Gazzero VFW Post, 1418 Plainfield St., Cranston, RI.
Cost: $25.00 for riders. $10 for passengers and non-riders.
T-shirts: $10 each. (First 25 riders to pre-register receive a free t-shirt.)
The motorcycle ride will raise funds for the research to help fight Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). SMA is the number one genetic cause of infant death. The ride is in honor of Corinna Calise who suffers from type 1 SMA. Free coffee and muffins at the registration, and a macaroni and meatball dinner at the end of the ride. Corinna will be the judge for three recipient trophies. There will be great raffle prizes at the end of the ride.

The day started out rainy but the weather didn't stop this successful day. The rain stopped just in time for the arrival of Corinna Calise, the star of the day. As she picked the bikes for the Corinna's Choice Awards, the ground dried out and, with the help from our diehard motorcycle riders and supporters, it became an unbeaten event.
This year thanks to all the supporters of the Ride for Corinna's Angels, we raised $3,500.00 to help fight SMA.
